Octobersong retreat

Together with Anje Claes (printmaker) and Rachael Tyrell (painter), I am part of a small art collective named Octobersong.

The three of us have spent many hours together. Talking and thinking out loud, co-creating, walking, eating lunches. Most of the time we do at at the Abdij Keizersberg in Leuven, where we all rent an atelier.

But in September 2024, we spent some hours and one night at a wonderful location in the north of France. Lalobbe.

This place was magical. The remnants of the past so tangible.

We shared lots of good moments in this amazing location and ate delicious simple food, we created artwork and shot arrows. It was special. No need for me to say more, I think. It is all in the images.
